These are pretty simple pieces, but seem well made. The hardware seems decent enough. Because of the angle of the handlebar mounts on the Vulcan S 650, they bring the bars back ~1" and only up by maybe 1/4" to 1/2" but that's exactly what I wanted. It makes the riding position much more comfortable. Much cheaper option than the OEM reduced-reach bars. Would recommend.

These fit my 2024 Vulcan S perfectly. The bolts that came with it were the correct length and thread, I will be getting top quality hardware to swap them out because I don’t trust them. It did exactly what I wanted though, brought the bars a little bit up and towards me, making the ride that much more comfortable.

I'm 5'2" and thought that any amount of rise to my KVS handlebars would be an improvement. Well, there might me a smidgeon of difference, but only a smidgeon. The installation was a breeze, but again, any difference in my reach is barely noticeable. The risers were shipped fast but received two days after the tracking posted as "delivered" thanks to UPS and their inability to properly scan packages using their Mail Innovations service. FedEx isn't any better with their SmartPost. I hope these companies start listening to customers and put in an activity scan to identify the delivery was to the POST OFFICE and not to the final address!! For the record, the risers absolutely did come with the correct bolts! I used the ones they sent because they couldn't be any worse than the ones I took off. I could loosen the original handlebar bolts without any tools because they were so loose! I did put a medium strength Loctite on the threads of the new bolts.

the clutch and throttle cables can be made to fit but without readjusting the entire wire harness there is noway to make the instruement cluster fit. nicely machined though.

I just installed these to my 2019 Vulcan S and they do come with the correct bolts now. That being said I did order some actual 12.9 grade 10 x 1.25 x 55mm bolts since the bolts that come with it don't mention the grade.There was enough slack in all the cables and harnesses so no other modifications needed. I did have to unclip the speedo harness retainer to be able to slide it up for enough slack. Mark your alignment on the bars before you take it apart. Other than that it was a 10 minute job.

After waiting over a month it finally arrived. Immediately I got worried when I saw the box marked "VN 900" indicating Vulcan 900. I tried it anyway. Bolts were too small and holes in blocks too small. Thought maybe I could get new bolts and drill out holes so tried fit for clamping handlebars and that was too big for the Vulcan S handlebars so now I have had to send the Risers back and wait for my refund. Hope you have better luck than I did for you Vulcan S.
