When I unboxed everything before I put it together. One of the clips for the gloves was broken. I contacted Amazon and the only thing they could do was have me disassemble the entire shelf and return it for a part that probably costs about a dollar. I like the shelf but I'm not willing to go through that just to get a .99 cent part. Update.....After posting this review. The company selling this product reached out to me. After a few messages back and forth they said they were going to make it right and today I received a package from them. Excellent customer service, Thank you!!!
