Solid aluminum with a nice finish. Bolts were a little long, but everything fit just fine. My wife is very happy with the extra room!

I have an aftermarket tour pack and hardware. I had to drill different holes in both to match up. Other than that the ol' lady loves the extra room.

Absolutely love this. 2nd one I bought and installed. If your tall and big and your old lady is fluffy it's a must have. Put it on 3 inches on my ultra and 2 on Mt new road glide makes a world of difference. Best money ever spent. First thing bought when I bought my road glide with the seat filler.
