For a hook it does everything a hook should do. It fixes tight to my scooters pole and doesn't rotate or jiggle at all.Update: The screw came loose twice and the end hook fell off. The first time I was able to find the hook and the screw on the road. The second time only the hook. Now it's not usable as I have no screw to reattach it. It was fastened tight, so to have the hook go loose and fall off twice, tells me its not me, its you.
