  • Make sure all the gauges are calibrated to 0. If the needle on the gauge is not pointed at 0. Open the metal cap, and use a flat head screwdriver to rotate the screw on the gauge face to adjust the pointer to 0 or the position desired.

Each 2" gauge features 0-76cm/hg readings, shut off valve and all hardware is high grade chrome finish instead of brass for longer life, higher corrosion resistance and better flow accuracy. Air flow control is handled by needle and seat valves instead of knobs. This helps to resist the dial indicator "bounce" associated with many other lower quality gauges. Set comes complete with black mold storage case.

honestly, I like the old mercury syncronize tool better than all of the tools made today, they were by far the most accurate and easy to use, but after so many years the rubber on mine started detereating and the mercury got spilled, than they outlawed the sale of mercury, and that was that, no more mercury carb sync. these you have to be sure the gauges are in sync with each other before you can use them,and you have to fiddle with the restrictors alot, they work, and they are cheap, but they are not my favorite.

1 gauge would not read correctly and yes I tested it by switching the bad gauge with one that was reading correctly.
