This is a very solid mount. It's nearly 100% cast aluminum build and the strut is super strong. Adjustability is good once you get the pistons adjusted correctly for the weight of your gear. It's marketed as a medical wall mount but i'm using it in my garage as a PC setup so i can work on my car and for a laser bed PC controller. The only real caveat to this mount is the cheap keyboard rest. It's basically hollow lightweight plastic and i feel like it's going to break at some point but it's working okay now. Also, the mouse pad area slides in both directions for ambidextrous use which is nice but again it's also lightweight plastic with some flex when extended. There's also nothing to keep the mouse from falling off either so you'll want to tie off the mouse somewhere in case you bump it. Luckily, the whole plastic contraption is held onto the mount via some self tapping screws so it can be replaced if it ever does break (I may make a wood rest at some point). Overall, it's a very good mount, even given the plastic bits.

This monitor/keyboard workstation is very similar to some I've used in the past. It would look at home in any medical/dental/chiro kind of office.The main body of the mount is reminiscent of the kind I've used before. I think the brand was Ergotron. Basically indestructible. The only real difference I see is that this keyboard tray is plastic, the old one I had was metal.The other brand I used was super expensive, this is much more of a budget friendly version. While I do see potential for breaking the plastic keyboard platform, it doesn't come close to what the price difference chasm is. For a nominal amount you could replace the keyboard platform with lots of options and still come in at far less than half the cost of my old one.So, the monitor part and the accessory cups are good. The keyboard stand hasn't given any reason to doubt it so long as you don't crash into it.Five stars for value.
