This is an excellent waterproof jacket. I've had it for many years and it's a reliable and regular part of my wardrobe. It's very lightweight so you'll barely notice you're wearing it, and it's very comfortable. The sizing was just right for me, and the hood is a good fit and quite adjustable. I've taken this to many festivals and it has saved me getting drenched on many occasions. It comes with a little pouch to put it into, and is surprisingly easy to fold back into the pouch after use, even for me who struggles with that on other items! Very good waterproof, great protection and very lightweight and comfortable. Recommended.

I like the weight and fit of the jacket. Went out in a thunderstorm and it did not leak. So far very pleased with the purchase.

We live in western PA and it can get really cold and windy. We hike up on the mountain where the temps are even colder plus the wind. I wore a lightweight hoodie under it with just a t shirt and it totally kept the wind out and was very warm. Just make sure to keep the pockets closed because wind will find its way through them. I bought my partner one as well because it is so warm. I would DEFINITELY recommend this jacket. The only thing I don't like is the hood. It sticks up kinda far off my head which is why I wear the hoodie. Other than that this is an awesome jacket and inexpensive. I do not need name brands with high prices.

This jacket fits well (XL for me, 6 feet tall and 225 lbs.), proportioned just right. It looks good on, and seems well-made. Cuffs, pockets, and zipper front seem secure and weathertight. It is easy to move in the jacket, as I use it for power walking. However, I don't think it is as breathable as advertised. It, however, is still a good value at the $24 range.

i Have several rain jackets that are waterproof but old and bulky. The ones that are not bulky feel like a garbage bag on.So I am hiking and fishing and thought I would try some of the newer rain jackets since they are packable and more comfortable.I have a frogg togg poncha that works good just a bit uncomfortable. I also recently bought frogg toggs nylon version of a rain jacket. That jacket should not even be considered a rain jacket. Even in. Great quality and details. Velcro closure on top of zipper to keep water out. Packs perfectly into the carrying bag. Whomever designed this knew what they were doing. I bought three for my boys! Thumbs up - no defects on any of the jackets.

Die Jacke ist wie erwartet. Kam in einem kleinen Beutel an, hat verschweißte Nähte, made in China, ist aus 100% Nylon und dürfte regendicht sein. Normalerweise habe ich Größe XL, aber hier habe ich Größe L bestellt und das passt. Werde sie im Frühjahr zum Bergwandern im Rucksack mit nehmen.

I bought the jacket for my husband and it fits perfectly. The waterproofing works as promised and the jacket is well constructed. "Parka" is not the word I would use to describe this jacket. It is a shell, non-insulated. The temperatures are still cool/cold here in NY. We've had some heavy, drenching rains here. My hubby wore the shell over his regular cool weather jacket, put his baseball cap on with the hood over it. He was a happy man when he returned from her errands, all nice and dry! When the temps warm up, he can wear the shell alone. When I researched these jackets(Amazon also offers great information) regarding waterproofing, they must be breathable. When my hubby wears this shell when it's warm or hot, the jacket must have ways of helping him stay fairly cool. The jacket should not be sealed up or you'd roast and be swimming in your perspiration.I told him they also make matching waterproof pants and he wants those to have when he goes fishing. Caution, these pants are not waders for those fishermen that get right in the water for casting. My hubby doesn't do that kind of fishing.I hate having wet feet, so now I have a pair of waterproof shoes. I hate feeling wet anyway.Also, this jacket is reasonably priced.*Update: this jacket was put to the test as my husband wore it for a 'fishing derby'. The weather was steady rain all day. After just a short period, my husband started getting soaked. Jacket turned out to be a total fail.

bought this to go walking in. a good waterproof jacket can slip it in your backpack until you need it or tie it around your waist, folds up really small and has its own little pouch
