My daughter is a pediatric nurse in a hospital. She and her coworkers make displays on their unit for different holidays. They used this to play a portion of a song as patients their family came up to the nurses station. It was a big hit!!! Great sound and quality for the price. She said it was easily to set up.

Worked as it should. It was easy to program. I like that it actually sounds like a music box and not like some electronic junk. And the volume and clarity is pretty good, as well

Loved the value with all the necessary parts being attached for my needs. The sound quality is crisp and clear. Memory capacity is top notch and so easy to use connect the cord and pull up the memory device insert your own music sounds etc. Great quality I'd recommend forsure

This item worked okay once I figured it out. It did not come with any instructions on how to connect the Motion sensor. The pins on the main circuit board were marked but not the same on the motion sensor board. The colors of the wires were also different than than the picture on the listing. It was not until I looked at some pictures in the other reviews that I was able to figure it out. Also the sensitivity adjustment does not seem to work.Edit: Once I figured it out it worked great, but then it quit working completely a few days after the 30 day return window.

couldn't get this one working. Not by transferring a 4mb mp3 file nor by storing the same file on a 8GB TF card. Never worked even the storage was successful and could be played back on the PC. Speaker only worked at the beginning giving an alarm sound but later stopped doing even that. No instructions on anything, even the setup is simple but no confirmed idea what went wrong or is faulty. Seems I lost that money.

I wanted a an audio board with motion control for a project Iβm working on. This board is great because you can swap out the speakers and the motion detection if you want to. One thing to keep in mind however: there is a misprint on the board. The motion detection markings are flipped. All you have to do is plug the motion detection module in upside down and it works like a charm. If you install the motion detection the way the instructions tell you to, it loops forever. The first picture show the module with a 5 W speaker, which is much louder than the .5 W that ships with the product. The second picture shows the module with a Doppler motion sensor.Itβs a cute little audio board that you can customize without knowing any kind of programming language.

I love how easy it was to get sound loaded onto this. It functioned as hoped and made a great addition to my halloween animatronics. The batteries lasted for multiple nights and still going. Great value, great item and I will buy again if needed!

Plugged into my PC and the LED turned on, but my PC didn't recognize it and it started smoking. Not quite sure how as I had it hooked up correctly but the 8002A amplifier IC burned out too. Cheap product. Didn't come with any instructions. Didn't come with the 3 AA batteries it needs. No wiring diagram. I could desolder and replace the 8002A amplifier IC but by the time I buy the $2 plus S&H, I might as well just buy a new one with prime free shipping. Overall, I don't recommend.

It took some guesswork and reading some other reviews to figure out how to get this to work, but once I did it worked as advertised. It comes as a few components that need to be assembled, but there are no directions as to how to assemble it, and the plugs could go in 2 different ways on each connector. At the least, a wiring diagram showing which way to plug in the various components to the board would be appreciated. I tried to find instructions off the vendor site but was unsuccessful in that.I did not test the storage card, I just used the onboard storage which is adequate for my intended use. I was able to load MP3 files to it without problem and they played back fine.

Look at the photo.. that's essentially what you get. A plastic bag (not even a static bag) and a few components. You get no instructions, no labels, no directions at all. You are expected to just know what everything does, how it wires up and how it connects to your computer to swap out the mp3 files.Unfortunately, if you look at other reviews - you'll see that this has proven dangerous for some. If wired up incorrectly, you risk burning up a mosfet at best or starting a fire at worse.... Finding documentation has proven impossible as well.I have managed to figure out how to load music, how to test the board. It does work well. The components pair together to let you make some cool little experiments... but it's sort of pointless as a kit without direction of what to use it for and how to use it.I'll be disecting for parts and using different components on different projects. Mostly I just need the speaker, player and amplifier to use on a raspberry Pi Pico project that has limited capacity on it's own.
