I was really excited to get these because I thought they would be perfect for when we vacation. We always rent a house because it allows us the opportunity to cook some meals, rather than having to eat out every meal. I take certain spices for a few recipes so I thought these would work, rather than taking my spice bottles. The trouble is that they just aren’t viable. They’re so small that I didn’t have a funnel small enough to fill the bottles. I asked my husband if he would use a set for salt and pepper at work if I found a funnel, but he doesn’t think it would work well with the spoon. You would realistically have to pour the salt or pepper into your palm and then use the fingers on your other hand to grab a pinch to put on your food. These just don’t work for me.
