SO these poles themselves are awesome. Normally they come in a long box, this time they came unboxed with shipping labels all over them. The issue is that some are on the shaft that needs to go into the main pole. Whoever made these stickers must have used glue from some 1940's military experiment, because I now have to spend about an hour with go gone trying to remove them. Come on seller, do better.

Bought Sept 2018, added a Foam snow 'brush' which is just a foam rectangle really. together I pull the snow off of my Solar panels (in winter obviously) works great. (does not scratch is why i got the foam part) i extend it out the 18' feet (or full) the last 6' is a bit weaker ofc. but im able to apply pressure with it still, to get the bulk of the snow off. I just recommended to a friend.

I am a professional exterminator, and I use these as my "webpole" to take down spider nests and webs. This pole, in particular, the one that extends in 3 sections from about 6 to 18 ft, with the bottom section made of smooth fiberglass, is the best one that I have ever used, and I've used a lot of different types. They make one that is longer, but it flexes way more compared to this one and it is probably twice as heavy, or at least feels like that when you have it extended. This one is the best all-round option for sturdiness, reach, and weight.

I use this extension pole with the Mr. LongArm 0150 Angle Adaptor for Extension Poles, to which I attach the PROGUTTER gutter cleaning tool, and this combination allows me to clean my roof gutters quickly, since I don't have move my ladder around as much.This extension pole is easy to maneuver, and has just the right amount of heft (not too lightweight, nor too heavy). I couldn't find this extension pole locally.

I want to start out by saying that the three stars is not because of any problem that I have with the product itself. It is primarily because I have not begun using it to paint my interior, so I cannot in good conscience give it a full five stars until it is tested for its original purchase intention. However, as far as the length it is perfect, and I can stand on the floor of my main living room and it falls a few mere inches short of the ceiling. You may ask well isn't it supposed to reach? Absolutely, but the ceiling is approximately 18 feet high and that says something if I can almost perfectly touch the ceiling without the paint brush attachment. So, when I get the ladder and actually go to use it there will be no issue with its distance and reach. I am unsure of how steady it will be and the review will be updated on that as well. I, myself, am only 5'6'' and even on a ladder it would have been crazy impossible for me to reach it efficiently, but now I have solved one issue. I also appreciate that I do not have to use this extender arm only for a paint brush attachment and I would have been hard pressed to buy something with no other use, but I am looking at the other accessories to see what else I can use it for in and around the house.

I thought it was a little pricey due to what the product actually is but the pole segments were light enough to hold overhead without straining and tiring out your shoulders but strong enough not to flex and bow out of shape while trying to clean my gutters on the second floor of my house. Easy to telescope out the pieces and tighten in place, they never slid back or retracted unless I wanted them to. Good product.

I was just able to paint the walls of a two story living room with vaulted ceilings with just the pole, a roller, and edger. No ladders needed except for a six foot stepladder for the windows. Much easier, cheaper and safer than tall ladders or scaffolding. Price for this pole on Amazon was the same as for the 16 foot version at Lowes, but I needed every foot of it.Very solid product, although at full extension, it does get a bit wobbly. This really can't be helped though.Definitely recommend.
