These appear to be stainless steel as advertised, but I’m not a metallurgist.Each of the ten sets includes a nut, bolt, washer, and lock washer. Threads are smooth and the nut goes up and down the entire bolt very smoothly. Yes, I tested this on all ten bolts just to be able to provide you the information in this review. I hope you feel special :-)I only have one issue with this. I think the outer diameter of the washers should be at least 1/16th of an inch larger. The outer diameter of the washer is essentially identical to the head of the bolt. I took away one star for that, but it might not matter to you.As for pricing, you’ll have to decide that for yourself. If you’re reading this a while after I posted it, then today’s prices might not be relevant when you read this.All n all, it’s a nice set that I’m happy to have on-hand.
