Good quality enclosed folder in eye-pleasing colors. Various labeling boxes are printed on the outside. Sturdy material, like a standard file folder. Perfect for my purposes holding loose papers and index cards.The closure does not seal or clasp and the folder does not have expandable sides - so might not work for some situations. Not exactly a "folder" that opens up - more like an envelope - but function and size is more like a folder. Would buy more of the same if needed.

Great when you have papers that you don't want falling out of a typical file folder. Good colors, very thick. Doesn't expand for a huge stack of papers, but I didn't want that anyway.
