Needed a longer cable to connect from my Bose QC 35 II headphones to my PC. This worked out perfectly. No complaints on product quality!

Audio only works in one ear because this isn't the right cord despite the claim that this is for the Bose QC II. It's not adequate for stereo use.

Considering the connectors are just 3.5mm and 2.5mm the cable feels great and is very strong. I don’t feel that it would snap if for some reason it was pulled on hard. Very happy with it.

I had a hard time finding this cable for my headphones -- was happy to find it at last. It is just what I needed, the price was very good, and delivery was quick. Good transaction.

Worked as expected. Nothing crazy just a good cable.

I purchased this cord to replace the shorter stock cable when I purchased Bose QC Ultra. There are two issues that I have with this cable. The first is that it's VERY microphonic, meaning that if you turn your head and the cord moves against your clothing, the sound of that friction is amplified into the headphones, massively disrupting the listening experience. The second is that I really need a cable with the angled plug on the 2.5mm side. I am using this cable when practicing and recording guitar and bass, and the straight 2.5mm plug causes the cable to move to the front of one's body so that it interferes with the musical instrument or tangles on the fretting hand / arm.

The original cable wore out within a year of use and this one I have had and used extensively, constantly wrapping and unwrapping with no issue at all. The connectors are very high quality and even though they aren't serviceable, they are made in a way to encourage you to pull the cord by the connector to reduce wear. I wish I had bought this cable earlier.

Bought this to replace the (rubber, non-braided) 3.5mm to 2.5mm TRS-TRRS cable which shipped with my Shure Aonic 50 headphones (also used in their Aonic 40 model). I can confirm it works perfectly for analog input to those headphones, and is a real physical improvement over the Shure cable.Even though it wasn't shown in the product photo, mine came with an additional 3.5mm to 1/4" TRS adapter that screws on to the larger connector, great for connecting to a sound board's monitor jack or higher-quality headphone amps. Metal spring-style strain-relief sleeves on both ends of the cable too, which also appear well-designed and built with quality.Edit: I've noticed other reviews mention acoustic coupling being an issue, due to the material and braiding. This means when physically rubbing/sliding the cable against a shelf, armrest, etc. it will transfer that vibration into the headphone its plugged into. That's certainly true and might make this particular style of braided cable inappropriate for certain ergonomic situations. But this physical vibration happens mechanically, not touching the electrical signal carried by the cable, so for a monitoring, mixing, recording etc. it's a non-issue. For my personal use so far, it's easy to ignore and desensitize to the cable rubbing sounds, but this will of course depend on the user and headphone model.

Works as advertised, cable is quite durable. The shielding can attract more noise if it's rubbing against clothing, which is especially noticeable when using it connected to headphones.

My stock cable - the inline controller, specifically - broke and was actively interfering with audio (volume up / down was randomly changing).Strange to see comments in some reviews about this cable not working for their Bose QuietComfort 25 Headphones. This review is specific to the 6.5 ft cable, with NO inline controls, with the braided nylon coating. This replacement cable works great - plug and play: no problems. I'm listening to them now, connected to a MBP. Very happy to have a replacement and extend the life of the headphones, rather than contribute more e-waste to the collective waste-heap. 👍🏼Can also confirm that I do not have the noise problems (nylon coating rubbing on clothing is heard in headset) that are mentioned in a few other reviewer comments.

Ordered so that I could use my Bose QC25s for just music, without the phone mic/controls. Cost 1/3 of a genuine Bose cable and does the job; plugs fit properly and build quality is good. No discernible loss of audio quality compared to the original cable.
