The produc works great but unfortunately it didn’t came with the connector for the Mr Carve S4, what I bought it for (originally came with usb cable showing at the pictures). It’s missing information about compatibility or pictures with the connectors included in the package. Is hard to contact with the seller trough Amazon, they couldn’t find a good solution for my problem. So I decided to contact Mr Carve by email found in the customers contact information at the official website and I got answered right away and they send me the right cable at not extra cost. So I was about to return the item but they solved my issue very well.
