This whisk does such a good job getting into the corners of a saucepan it beats a regular balloon whisk when making gravy IMO. It arrived on time and has performed well in my kitchen, I recommend the product and the seller.

This whisk is definitely mini - very little and yet perfect for small whisking jobs like a few eggs or mixing oils with herbs or spices.

Doesn’t seem as good as regular whisk. Stainless is nice.

It works well, I like this better than those tiny whisks. I've used it and washed it and it is holding up well. Very pleased with this product.

A bit smaller than I thought it would be. Ideal size for whisking a single egg and other small jobs like that. The small size means I can't hold it comfortably for too long, but for the casual cooking needs (which is where I'm at) it's not a big deal.

Flat Whisk. Multiple whisks are on this listing - I'm reviewing this one: "Mrs. Anderson's Baking Flat Roux Whisk, 10.75-Inches, Stainless Steel". Took me ages figuring out that for my batters and very thick batters, I needed a FLAT whisk. Even for batters that are thicker than waffle batter but a little less stiff than drop biscuits, a flat whisk can whip through and mix all the ingredients very smoothly and efficiently. Spoons failed because I had to keep cleaning off stuff stuck to the spoon, the whisk never gets clogged. Forks didn't work because they couldn't scrape the bowl while blending, the flat whisk round wires keep cleaning the sides as you mix. Balloon style whisks are good when you're trying to get volume like whipping egg whites ... but for batter I found cleaning them to clog up in the center when batter is heavier, and they were annoying to clean later - especially where the wires criss-crossed. I got a coil whisk, but it clogs like crazy with thick batter, and cleaning is a bear, but the coil is excellent for cooking pudding/custard. This flat whisk mixes very efficiently and easily, the tines scrape the bowl as I'm mixing, it never gets clogged (I don't think you could do bread dough - but I've used it on stuff almost as thick as drop biscuit batter/dough.) It is just an all-around GREAT shape for what I make. The only complaints: Made in China - I'd ditch it in a heartbeat if I could find one made somewhere better. Feels slightly cheap. Like all whisks I've ever had - you can't leave it in a small bowl without it flipping over the edge - but I don't think it's possible for a non-tiny whisk not to be top-heavy so I won't judge it too hard there. (I mix small portions of recipes for 1 - 2 people.)
