These are fantastic, especially for anyone who has extra 50 cal ammo cans just sitting around. These make great dividers for your ammo cans and give you the ability to consolidate various things into a single ammo can in a proper way. I've used these to turn an ammo can into a tackle box, they are also awesome at keeping broadheads and archery supplies separate. They're pretty limitless and what you can do with them as far as making ammo can storage a whole lot simpler and convenient.

So nice to have a great fitting organization in a 50 cal can rather than a bunch of junk. Also if you need to adjust cutting the small dividers isn’t very difficult.

I have a lot of stuff. This is handy for all the common fasteners I might need to carry out to the repair along with the basic tools I might need. Several different size compartments for various items.

This thing is really cool. I never knew that they made these until I seen it online. Goes into a 50 caliber ammo box and it works well for sinkers, hooks, floats and a lot of fishing tackle! Now I can keep my regular tackle box for bank fishing!

This was a great purchase. With a little organising and reviewing how I did things, these trays made the vision come true.

I’m surprised at how helpful I find these trays, I figured half the slots would remain empty. But I filled them up quickly. They fit very nicely into MTM’s 50 cal ammo can, and are extremely helpful in holding the little knick knacky stuff that builds up.Each of the 3 trays has different layouts and differently sized sections used for storage. I found the tray with 12 sections to be most helpful...as it allowed me to organize all of the AR build parts I’ve accumulated. Prior to these cans, I had the parts sectioned out, but all jumbled together in a gallon ziplock bag. With these trays, I can see everything laid out, and I can quickly get to the pin, spring, decent etc that I need.Overall, I would definitely recommended these. They’re are a pretty good value and like all MTM products, they are well built. No surprises, it was exactly what I expected.*******************************I rely heavily on reviews when I make purchases so I put some time into reviewing everything I buy on Amazon for personal or business use so I can help other people considering that item. They fit near perfectly in a 50 cal ammo box. Got all my screws and bits and pieces in the compartments nicely. The way the shelves press together means within reason, bits won't fall out and get mixed up. The handles are flimsy and will break after a short time, hence only three stars. But with a bit of D.i.y skills, the shelves could be adapted to make right. I found zero alternative other than these, so take or it or leave it.

I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting out of this product, but so far, I've not been disappointed!I've been looking for a way to maximize the organization and storage I can get with a "standard" ammo can, so I grabbed one of these sets here thinking 'what the hell.'.They arrived very promptly (only a day or two) and with childlike wonder in my eyes as I gazed upon that brown box in my mail, I grabbed it up and scampered inside to open it up.Three trays are present here, just as pictured. They seem fairly sturdy, though I must profess my uncertainty about how long the little handles will last. The handles are designed to be bent down flush with the top of each tray to allow them to stack atop one another, but with so much bending and unbending, the plastic they're made from will surely meet its demise at some point. Not to worry, I'm sure, as a quick modification with some duct tape will make new handles to adhere where the old ones once were.Again, I'm not sure what I expected from it, but I was only marginally disappointed (barely worth mentioning) to find that the compartments are rather small. Certainly these drays weren't built with the idea to hold dozens of tools but rather bits and bobs and smaller pieces and parts. The tray with the largest compartments managed to hold some bulkier tools, pliers, a few wrenches and the like, and even the smaller partitions of this tray are large enough to hold pens, paint brushes and so on.The next tray, which is what I keep in the middle of the stack, under the top larger compartment tray, serves well to hold MANY of what I would consider "Medium" items, batteries fit perfectly either upright or horizontal, model paints, various gun cleaning equipment and I'm sure if I got creative I could squeeze much more in.The final tray has the smallest compartments. I mostly use it to store the smallest of pocketable items, but I'm sure it could fit up to spark plug size items. I've filled it mostly with screws, nuts, bolts, rivets, pocket levels and so on.The fit of these trays inside the ammo can is damn near perfect, which is fantastic for keeping things from rattling all around, shifting compartments in transit and just being a mess when you open it. I can just toss this thing in the truck bed and jam out with no worries.I will say that it takes a little bit of finesse to get them back OUT of the ammo box, though, the near-perfect fit also means that you need to lift both sides very evenly with one another or it will bind a bit and not want to come out of the box.All in all, I'm impressed with this, the price point is fair, the plastic seems like it'll last quite a while and of course, there's very little risk of things shifting around if you want to, say, toss your ammo can down a flight of stairs. In fact, I may test this myself, I'm that confident about it.These things would be perfect for firearm bits, armorer's tools or reloader components, nuts, bolts and tools for job-specific repairs, or for people like me who just have a hodge-podge of junk. On that note, the uses for this product should be considered finite and "JOB SPECIFIC" is a big word for me here. For a hodge-podge, you won't get much useful stuff in there, but for something specific, these bad boys can make quite the easy carry for your job.

TL;DR - This is a great product that turns your ammo can into a tackle box. You should buy it because - it just works. The long version:What a great product for a great price. I had a bunch of spare gun parts laying around in a giant zip-lock freezer bag in my gun safe and wasn't really happy with using a plastic bag as a storage method. I bought this kit and put it into one of my USGI 50 cal cans. What a great fit! Even if you take the can and tip it up-side-down, nothing spills out between compartments because of the way the plastic compartments stack inside the can. The biggest spaces in the bottom are even large enough to hold an entire bolt carrier group for an AR-15.The ONLY thing I don't like about this tray system is that the top tray "finger pulls" sometimes pop up and I have to hold them down while I'm closing the can up. I'm assuming they'll stay down as they get older and get used to being compressed while the can is closed. If not, I could always trim them off or tape/glue them down.It would have also been nice if some of the compartments were "movable" or "adjustable" but somehow I managed to fill the whole thing up and it held all of my spare parts!
