Purchased these for a one year old and they’ve been great fun! The blocks expanded quickly once unwrapped and did not have too strong of a scent. The material is comfortable without being slippery and the colors are true to the photos. The blocks have held up to stacking and climbing, and the handles make them easy to move around.

I love the color palette, but the blocks are very cheap foam which tore inside of the cover within about 2 weeks.The covers are also poorly made and the zippers are not designed with the idea in mind that you'll be taking them on and off to wash them. It's almost impossible to get some of the shapes out of their covers without the foam crumbling in your hands.The covers are also very easily stained. I recommend that you buy something with a more resistant and durable cover that's built with actual toddlers in mind.

My granddaughter loves to climb on these. Doesn’t hurt if she falls or bounces off one! They are washable too

We bought these for our 2yo granddaughter and she loves them. She’d constantly rearranging to to creat different steps, ‘mountains’, and obstacle courses for her to entertain herself. Every once in a while when she’s done she created her own little TV lounge area where she’ll sit by herself and enjoy tv with mom & dad! Mom and Dad love them too as they are easy to stack out of the way when need be and it keeps her entertained and learning all while having fun!!

Ours took about 5 days to fully expand. I took off the covers and after a week the foam pieces fit nice and snug in the covers. I almost sent it back after 2 days because I was disappointed it didn't expand very well. Just give it time! My 12 month old baby is a big climber loves it!

PROS: pieces do expand to dimensions shown after being open for a few hours; high density foam keeps its shape; removable covers are washable; zippers run smoothly; versatile set that can be rearranged in a variety of ways; piece that's shown with the not included ball pit balls is great for holding toys in; nice looking set, covers a lot of floor spaceCONS: none, really; the ball pit balls shown are not included but I didn't really want a ball pit, the piece that can be used as a ball pit is great for holding any toys that roll
