They work if you modify them. They are to short to use all the hooks given unless you are hanging little espresso cups. The top rail is way to long if you plan on using the shelf above. The back gets screwed in anyway you don't need that much up too. Cut all but about a inch off the top and screw the back in place, they won't go anywhere.

This is a good product. It does not hold very many cups or heavy cups. I have to use very small tea cups with it. Otherwise they slide off the back. It is handy for organization.

This is functional but I am holding some very small teacups in here and whenever I close the door they get hit ever so slightly. With the first hook was further back to avoid this problem.

I love the functionality of this rack. It was very easy to install and did not require a lot of time. I did choose a spot that did not have a lot of space so I was not able to get the full potential out of the rack. Since I bought two I’m able to hold 6 large mugs with it in the space I have. But it’s just enough to make some space for the rest of mugs, since my shelf was getting overly cluttered. I’ve had this item for a few months now and it’s sturdy and has not given me any problems. Not a single mug has fallen off.

Does not hold mugs at all, as soon as you hang your mugs the bracket pulls down ( way down ) from the underside of the shelf, absolute garbage,.... Im throwing it in the TRASH

I have older, site made cabinets in my kitchen. The shelves, the height and depth of shelves are on the smaller size. Finding items to improve storage is difficult. This cup hanger fits the bill. I particularly like the variable spacing option for the cups. Using screws in rear of upper cabinets when shelf is hard wood is problem I couldn't solve so I appreciated the adhesive method included. I am sure this is meant to hold weight cited. Because I have used this kind of adhesive hanger before and am a little apprehensive about the holding power when weight applied, I placed a drop of glue to sticky side. I have done this often in past, it works well.

These mug holders were quite easy to install and makes use of the "dead" space above the dinner plates. Quite flexible, adapting to any size mug.

I love this mug organizer. It definitely solved the problem and works as expected. The adhesive holder that sticks the end of the underside of the bracket to the underside of the cabinet on the end helps a lot, as it would sag considerably without it. I was able to fit 4 small mugs on one side and 3 normal mugs on the other side. They give you plenty of extra hangers, more than you will need to make sure it works for any size item you are hanging. Highly recommend. For the people saying they are frustrated because it doesn't come with instructions, just watch the video. Was ready to install. ( Maybe they added the video after all the complaints, but it was there when I bought it.)
