I love this cup. It retains heat without power for hours and can keep it hot even longer with the warming. It doesn't heat from cold like you would expect , but this cup is hands down my favorite cup for hot drinks. I'm thinking about trying muggos other products. If you like tea, coffee or hot cocoa, this is your cup.

I liked it, but it didn't last very long and took quite a long time to get to heated point. Started acting wonky for me after a couple uses so not very good quality

The concept of this mug is great. This mug however, has a few downfalls. The power button and temp control button are both very sensitive to the lightest touch. There have been several times that my hand has grazed past the power button and accidentally turned it off. The serving size itself is very small. Im a working mom running on fumes of hope and caffeine, I need a large serving. I feel like the majority of the cup is the insulation/heating technology. It washes easy, has a sleek look and is very durable but unfortunately I find that i drink the amount of coffee this mug holds faster than it can get cold when served in a normal mug so this mug is kind of useless for me and I very rarely use it.

Nice self heating mug. Wanted a mug warmer, but saw this and decided to give it a go. Nice cup, holds a decent amount, and looks good. Battery only lasts about 3 hours or so, which is less than I might have a warm drink at my desk. Luckily, I can keep it plugged in and it will work indefinitely.

I love that these are thick/sturdy. The longer the hot coffee stays in, it does not effect the integrity of the cup.

I've been using this for about a week, and I'm going back to my old regular mug. Why didn't this work for me?A number of reasons. First, I don't care for tall, thin containers for liquids as a general rule. My default coffee mug is like a ceramic pyramid with the top chopped off; it's almost impossible to knock over. I'm a clumsy guy, and if I'm drinking coffee, there's a good chance I'm near a keyboard. So off the bat this mug was at a disadvantage for me, but my mug doesn't fit in automotive cup holders, and this does - so point for the Muggo if travel is a consideration. I work from home, and rarely drink coffee in he car.Second; capacity. I've never measured either my old mug nor this device, but I can tell you with certainty that my ceramic mug holds more. When I was using this mug, I don't feel like I really ever tested the warming function, because it was always empty before it would have gone cold. The instructions are small and not great. He's a tip that took me WAY too long to figure out - he screw on lid? To open and close it push down the center. The charging port isn't sealed, so be careful washing this. Seems like a perfect candidate for induction charging; you still wouldn't be able to microwave or dish washer it, but it least it would be sealed. So for me it wasn't great. Who would it be good for? If you're going on a long car ride, and you don't drink coffee fast, this would be the ticket.

I had great expectations when ordering this product, but I am generally disappointed with it. Hot coffee poured into a ceramic mug will cool relatively quickly, but can be put into the microwave to reheat. Coffee poured into a stainless steel tumbler will retain heat longer but can’t be reheated in a microwave. So, having a USB chargeable product designed to keep beverages warm for up to 3 hours seems a great idea! Well, not so much. Some observations and comparative data:• First, this Muggo mug is too tall to receive coffee from our Keurig coffee maker. Not a major problem, but I would have preferred a mug shorter and wider with the same capacity in general.• The lid for this mug is so designed that the mug must be tilted back at an awkward angle before the contents will flow. Removing the lid helps, but that will adversely impact heat retention and the rim of the mug still has an unpleasant feel to us.• Coffee from our coffee maker comes out at 173oF but the maximum setting for this mug is only 160oF. The product literature states that it is not intended to heat up its contents, rather it is designed to maintain temperature. I was curious as to how this product would retain 10 oz of coffee initially at 173oF for 45 minutes compared to a ceramic mug and a steel tumbler. Here are the results after 45 minutes:o Ceramic mug – 88oFo Steel tumbler – 148oFo Muggo mug – 160oF – just as advertised – but the battery charge level was low and indicated time tor a recharge.Overall, this product is just OK. Great idea but I would recommend further refinements in the next generation.

This heated coffee mug actually works pretty well. It keeps it nice and warm for a while. It doesn’t have a huge fast flow when you’re drinking out of it. It’s a slower flow. It does keep it warm for several hours like it says it does I start out with mine and once I needed to go outside and do some stuff I turned it on to keep it warmed up and I put it on 130 and it worked fine. It comes with instructions, but the instructions are pretty useless. It does not even tell you how to turn it on. And if you look everywhere on it, there is no power button. There’s a plus and minus and a port to charge it that’s it. I tried pushing a button it didn’t work. I tried pushing a button it didn’t work I tried pushing the bottom, but there’s no button so I pushed the plus and mine sign together and held it and then it powered on once it power on, you can turn it up and down with a plus and minus sign so other than that, it works pretty good and I’m happy with it. It does not hold a lot of liquid, but it will easily fit in your cupholder to go. The only reason I’m docking a star is because they do not even tell you how to turn the cup on.
