薄いグレーの落ち着いた色で、見た目がとても良い。長径のほうが端から端までケーブルを出す隙間が空いているので、使い勝手が良い。高さもあるので、コンセントに縦に差し込んでも、十分に蓋が閉まる。

作りは値段なりで若干頼りない感じですが、目的には問題なくは使用できます。ケーブルが太いと蓋が完全にはしまりませんが、見えにくい場所に設置するのであればそれほど気にならないかな。

以前、プラスティック製の収納箱（色：ブラック）を使ったことがありますが、大きすぎたことと、埃がすぐに付き（多分、静電気によるものだと思われます）、数日ごとに拭くのが面倒で、結局使わずになっていました。今回、別の箇所で使うため、こちらの商品を購入したのですが、大きさもちょうどでしたし、なにより質感がとても良いです。価格的には、プラスティックのものより若干高めですが、タップ収納箱はこれで決まりではないでしょうか。ちなみに、店頭価格より2円高いという謎の価格設定（笑）も助かります。

金属なのでプラスチックにはない高級感があります。蓋もある程度は重さがあるので使いやすいです。
