Do not buy!!!! Buying this 3D was a big waste of my time! Complete crap. It is not automatic bed leveling and does nothing that it promises to do. Noisy and loud!

My printer arrived without firmware and I have reached out to customer support multiple times with no reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, it’s simply not worth buying this printer if it arrives without firmware, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

The whole concept of a dual extruder is new to me. So, I really wanted to take some time with this printer before I gave my review of it. I have been 3D printing for over 10 years. So, I know of some of the hidden issues that printers may face.PROS- Large Build Volume- Arrives 97% Assembled- Accurate print quality- Responsive customer supportCONS-Advertised as having auto bed leveling - however, this is NOT accurate. I contacted customer support and they informed me that this model DOES NOT have auto bed leveling.-Requires use of proprietary slicing software to use multicolor features - other slicers may be able to operate it with one single color but to use the dual color extruder you'll need to use their proprietary software which may not be updated often and does not have an online community supporting it. So, it is not clear of how often this slicer will be updated, if at all.- The extruder filament feed is operated by a plastic feed system, which does not feel as robust as a metal system and may not hold up to continuous use.- The wire management system, particularly on the left side of the machine is sloppy.- Instructions are not really clear on functions, particularly the extruder screen. There is no explanation of what the values are and how they influence the print quality or operation.Other useful info:I asked customer support if the printer could be used with networking software such as OctoPrint. However, this has not be verified. Also, I inquired about if the machine had thermal runaway aka overheating protection. I was told that it does, however, I have not confirmed this or seen it mentioned in the listing description or documentation.**Neutral comment: the stepper drivers are not loud but do create a "frequency melody" that is quite noticeable. It is not necessarily loud but it is something that can create a "fly buzzing in the ear" effect. Also, be mindful of zip ties placed to secure components during shipping. The instructions do not tell you where these ties are located. The print quality is good and I was impressed with the dual color system.All-in-all, this is a nice printer to add to your family of printers but there are a lot of unknowns and at this price point, the printer should have auto bed leveling, and should include more info on the specs, software, and safety features. All of which are standard amongst other printers in the same class. So, this will not be my daily printer or the backbone of my 3D printing but it will be a printer that I may run parts on or larger prints on, to reduce the workload on my other printers. I will however, use this printer 100% when I need a dual color print or want to create a gradient effect.
