Missing all the power outlets…just holes. Poorly packaged just wrapped in Saran Wrap…like kitchen grade. all scratched up. No bolts or instructions. Even had an empty tape roll in the box. Factory fresh…I think not. It did look super nice and sturdy though. Well made, but come on..don’t sent me used product. If you could get a new one, it looked well made. I returned mine…so be on the lookout…it may be yours next!

I had ordered earrlier but came with minor cosmetic damage and missing US sockets. Then after contacting PHYLLIS, the rep, I got it full refund with free return shipping label. She even agreed to let me order another one so she can correct the error in my first order. I got the second trolley. It is very sturdy, excellent mobile cart with all the US sockets. It looks great as well as moves smoothly from room to room for my patient scanning needs. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THE SELLER AS WELL AS THE PRODUCT.
