Well made and husband liked it. The leatherman did not fit well at first but after a bit it fits nicely.

First impression was real quality build out of super thick material. Then I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get a belt through the slot, but I jabbed a healthy screw driver through and worked it a bit: perfect.

Very happy with quality and fitment...if your knife wont fit then google wet forming a sheath or use a leather silicone lubricant if knife goes in part way... there are several ways to stretch and shrink leather and they all have a different effect on softness and texture so choose wisely...there should be no negative reviews regarding your knife not fitting...they even give the measurements if your not sure...stretching is a simple process and can actually be an advantage because it will be a custom fit...if you want to complain because you don't want to learn or your just plain useless, then nylon is the way to go.

Great product, thick heavyweight leather. Other reviews complain about tools not fitting. Leather can be stretched just soak in water for ten minutes, insert tool let dry.

The depictions of the product show it housing a Gerber Suspension, which lead me to purchase it. Sadly, the Suspension does not fit. It’s too wide and the tool’s thumb tabs hit the lip of the pouch, preventing it from moving further in. All this prevents the pouch from closing. For my needs, a waste of money.

This case is really nice and looks more expensive than what I paid for it. He is using it still and it's almost a year old.

I’ve searched for a well designed pure leather Leathernan belt case. This is precisely THAT. Good strong leather, nice uniform color with an absolutely beautiful. Extremely well made and my Leatherman fits snugly inside with a tight snap.

Update: Some more information...The size of this case is medium-small, which is why people can't figure out why it doesn't fit their multitools. The SOG Powerpint is a small tool, and it will get lost inside. A Gerber Suspension is a large tool, and won't fit. This case is for MEDIUM-sized multitools. I put my Leatherman Sidekick in it, and it's almost perfect. For reference: A small multitool is less than 4" (100mm) tall--A medium multitool is 4-4.75" inches--A large multitool is 4.75" to over 5" inches in length. If you need a flap to cover the rivets, consider using 3mm thick nylon fabric with foam backing, silicone rubber sheeting, leather or even cardboard in a pinch. The materials are of good quality. Nice thick hide and the color is even. I didn't regret this purchase. Though...* It's too small: It's too short to appropriately hold a typical Gerber Multi-tool...Although Leatherman tools are the standard, Gerber is sold everywhere. I may be able to stretch the flap so a typical tool will fit.* This uses brass hardware. Good idea because it won't rust, though brass work-hardens. The snaps and rivets are unprotected, and intrude into the tool compartment, where the metal will scratch the finish of your tool (causing it to prematurely corrode) and wearing down the rivets as well. There should never be metal-on-metal contact in a case that it supposed to protect what it holds. Come on guys...common sense. The case needs a liner, or there should be a leather flap to cover the rivets and the button back. This explains the complaints about the rivets falling out.* Considering that I would have to custom make a liner, and that packaging is overwrought--and I had to pay for a "free" do-dad that I will have to throw away--the actual cost to the customer is high.My suggestion: Please either ditch the fancy packaging and the throwaway trinket and lower the price to $10, or toss the useless packaging, the trinket, and put a liner inside the case, keeping the $24 price. Thanks for reading.

Bought a Leatherman Bolster at Costco. Great EDC tool at a great price, but the included belt case is cheap and wears poorly. Purchased this one, and it feels very heavy duty and looks good on my belt. Leatherman fits snugly inside. Only negative is the clasp opens pretty easily if you rub against something, but the tool is snug enough inside that I don't consider it a significant issue.

Great quality thick leather sheath with riveted belt loop. First week I had to pull my belt through with my leatherman pliers. 2nd week and it is breaking in nicely now.
