This is nice receipt printer. The quality looks good, it’s fast and it has a lot of connection options. I tested it over USB, which is the quickest to set up, but it also offers connectivity over wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) networks.For my testing, I used Windows. The printer requires installing external software, and the software package, which is downloaded from a cloud storage service (over secure https), isn’t signed. Nevertheless, it looks like the software uses the Microsoft Universal Printer Driver architecture, so the vendor-supplied code is only used for things like displaying a user interface to configure the printer. For that reason, it’s probably reasonably safe to use, especially on a POS system, which should be isolated from secure systems anyway.For network configuration, the required information can be obtained by printing the printer configuration information, using the MUNBYN software.The output quality is good, with solid blacks and clear text on the included roll of thermal receipt paper. The speed is good too, and the receipts are automatically cut, except for a small area in the centre that holds them together until pulled apart.All in all, I can recommend this receipt printer. I considered taking off a star because of the unsigned software, but the hardware is good enough that I decided against it.

I needed a receipt printer for my flea market booth. I saw this and ordered it.I have a windows based small business cash register but the printer it came with croaked. This was unexpectedly compatible, I wasn't really sure. It connected with no real issues. It was almost plug and play though I did have to make a couple of minor adjustments to the settings on the cash register to get it to address the printer but you may not have any issues like that at all. In any case I was up and running in ten minutes and this prints just as well and slightly faster than my old printer. So I am very happy with it.I recommend this printer.

This is a great receipt printer to use in so many situations! Our purpose for this was to use an outdoor POS station. The setup and connection to our system were as expected when trying to make any system work with each other. The print quality was great and fast. My issue was with trying to have a paper to use in this printer before it arrived. In the product description is states multiple times the width that can be used, but never mentions anything about the diameter. The images all show this tiny roll, and I was worried that this wouldn't take any of the thicker rolls of paper. Technical support refuses to call me, there escalating yo someone to help is just another rep. Can't resolve problem by asking same questions over and over with no real help with printer. Completely disappointed with product. Frequently returned item. I now know why. No follow through with customer afrer purchase.

We use two of there in a snack bar with iPads and Square application. It did have a few steps to set up but GREAT instructions to do so (documents and online video)
