I guess that is what the life is of this printer. Die after 1 and 6 months for no reason. Just the red light on both paper and error. Try everything to solve the problem like cleaning head, reset ect but no luck to get it working.

UPDATED AUGUST 2nd, 2023Customer support reached out to me and replaced the printer that I had so much trouble installing.This new printer comes with much better instructions. The English is still a bit broken and the link to download the drivers could be better than just a random string of characters but once you download and install the drivers and software, the system works perfectly.I'm using Windows11 on mid range PC, fully updated.At my restaurant we're using Square and I wanted the system to work with our Square POS apps.After first setting up the system using the included USB, I disconnected the USB and turned on the WIFI setting. I moved the printer to another location in the kitchen where my cooks could access it. The printer worked flawlessly.This new printer took less than 30 minutes to set up. I was very impressed with how simple it was compared to the hair pulling and swearing marathon that was my first experience.Thank you very much MUNBYN for standing by your customer. You have turned me from a hater into a lover of your product. I would very much recommend this new printer to anyone using Square POS with phones or tablets, a Square Terminal and WIFI.This experience wasn't exactly plug in play but it was definitely easy to complete and works as expected.Cheers, Chris--------------------------------------------------------------------------i'm fairly technically advanced but i couldn't get this to work with my square terminal despite spending a full work day trying to diagnose issues.the system is from china, the instructions are in broken english and technical support is not helpful.if you want something that's easy and plug in play, this is NOT the system. I gave up and just returned it.wifi might work but it's so complicated to set up it's not worth the time.

I love MUNBYN WiFi Thermal Receipt Printer. It arrived without a single scratch. My wifi Installing was a bit challenging but I was able to get assistant from the company's customer support. He was even offered to walk me through the setup via video chat, I thought that was extremely helpful with video assistance. I realized the setup issue was with my business wifi setup, I was helped promptly without any issue. Since setting up the printer, everything has been working perfectly without any issue or whatsoever. It works seamlessly with our Square POS system.I will gladly recommend this product to anyone in need for a pos printer.

I bought this to use with my square POS system. Works good. I will say it was hard to set up. The instructions were easy, but you have to make sure you configure your printer, so it prints properly for Square POS, or it will not print automatically. All in all, it's definitely worth it once you get past the set up. I think I will buy another one and use it as a ticket order printer.
