Junk tool. Rounded off the flats of the ipr. Just buy an extra deep 29mm socket.

it is too small to fit the orignal IPR. It didfit the after market IPR but would slip and not get it tight.DO NOT BUY.

The quality of the wrench was good but, it didn't work with the replacement IPR valve for my '01 7.3 PSD (the new IPR valve had a smaller hex than the old one). I found that a flex-head 1/2" rachet with a deep-well socket worked best to remove the old valve and install the new one.

It’s a pretty simple tool and may have worked well if my ipr wasn’t so tight, however, the socket portion of the tool spread open on the first use and became scrap metal.

I've got multiple sockets that fit a 7.3 IPR and none of them work as well as this tool. Quality is great. You can tell it's a wrench with a socket welded to it but it just works. Fits perfectly and doesn't spread like some have mentioned. The value is there even though it's a one trick pony. Earned it's place in my bag of tools I keep in my trucks.
