304 stainless steel can exhibit weak magnetic properties under certain conditions. For instance, if the material undergoes cold working (such as bending or deformation), it may develop some magnetic characteristics due to the transformation of austenite into martensite, which is a magnetic phase. Since the T nuts here are cold formed/bent into shape they will likely have some magnetic properties, but not be any more prone to rust than non-magnetic stainless steel. Look for 316 stainless to be the most rust resistant of stainless alloys.

I was planning to use these T-Nuts to hold down a seat on a boat that is expose to the sea air. Put a magnet to it and found it's not 100% stainless. I thought 304 stainless steel had more aluminum in it then tin. Since I am running out of time, I will use it and hope these T-Nuts don't rust out in a few months.
