I got the "7-8 year" size. The tag said it's 140cm, which translates to roughly a size 10 in American sizes. I put it on my kids- I have one kid in small or Medium tops, 6slim bottoms, and the other in Large tops and 10husky bottoms. The shirt definitely fits like a medium to large. If you lay it down flat and measure from arm pit to arm pit, it is 16". The pants... are weird. The waist has great elasticity and will fit both kids, but on my 6slim kiddo, they look like very loose capris, and fall just above his ankles. They are about knee length on my size 10 kiddo.All that said- my younger child is obsessed with sprunki and refuses to take these off. They are very soft - probably a polyester and def not cotton. They also don't quite feel like PJ material so IDK. But the stitching is good so they should hold up well. The price seems fair, so if You've got a sprunki kid, go for it!
