I will give 4 stars because the FBA_17 Utilatub has an angle front side that makes the tub 3 inches short on the bottom than the 22 inches on the top. You can see the angle on the picture and before buying I tried to find information on this but I couldn’t find. I like the Durastone material and the most updated look but at the end the 3 inches were more important than the look and the option to put a nice faucet. So I returned it and kept my old tub, replaced the faucet that was leaking for a delta brass faucet (not fancy). What makes me mad it is the 18 inches tub is not angled. Nobody needs a scrub board these days. I just need enough space to wash my cat’s litter box.

The sink arrived on-time and in perfect condition. Installation was done by our plumber with ease, who even commented on how well made this sink was. It's sturdy and does the job. We couldn't be happier with our purchase

I ordered one of these as a replacement for an existing one and was disappointed. The current version has poorer quality leg connections, the material is thinner across the top and front edges, and was badly warped.I would advise not buying this sink sight unseen.

I needed a new tub for my washroom. but I didn't want a cheap one and needed one pretty much the same size as my old one. this fit the bill perfectly. I like the adjustable legs and I wanted one that did not have the holes already made for the faucet. my house is older and the faucet already is connected to the wall. so this a great. I might of lucked out. I received mine without any damage and the outside box was perfect and the inside had plenty of hard packing. so it is perfect. I don't think It was lucky however to get a good one, I just prayed and the Lord answered my prayer to send a good one. Praise the Lord.

I am less than impressed with this tub. I replaced a concrete double sink with this unit at my mother's house. I have a similar, although wall mounted unit at my home, and it has been trouble free for 38 years. So naturally I gravitated toward a Mustee. The Good:I know from experience that the Durastone holds up nicely. The Bad:Packaging: My unit was chipped on the top rear flange. It was a minor chip and the piece was laying in the box. So I am going to glue it back on. It's a laundry tub, who cares? Yet still you have paid good money for this thing, it should come with no damage. Looking at the cheap box that Mustee uses with no corner protection, I am amazed that there was not greater damage. Surely a few pieces of styrofoam reinforcement or some extra folded cardboard is not that costly.Design: My unit does not have the recessed area on the back shelf where the faucet mounts that is shown in the photo. It is flat and it looks to me that any slop that collects in that area will as likely run off the sides on to the floor as it is to run into the sink.Stability: The legs while I am sure are sufficient for the job, do not give the unit a rock of Gibraltar sense of stability. Along with the plastic leveler feet, the sink seems shaky compared to my wall mounted unit. Also the installation directions state to anchor only the front legs to the floor. I did so and noticed that the sink would still tip forward if I leaned on the front edge before I connected the plumbing. I installed overhead rigid copper plumbing to a top mounted faucet so the tipping problem went away. However if you installed the sink with flexible hose for the faucet connections, I would imagine the tipping would still be a factor. In retrospect, I would anchor the rear legs as well as the front.Leaked: The bottom surface of drain that fits against the tail piece was very rough on my unit. I could not get the tail piece to not leak. I solved the problem with a thick soft rubber washer from Home Depot. All in all my experience with this tub has been less than stellar. I don't believe that this tub will be trouble free for the next 38 years.

Almost everything I wanted in a laundry tub - deep, sturdy material, center drain hole. Purchasers will need to drill out hole(s) for a faucet (faucet is not included). The laundry tub has a bright yellow Notice with black upper case letters stating "FAUCET HOLES MUST BE DRILLED OPEN WITH A HOLE SAW. INDENTED LOCATORS ARE NOT TO BE USED AS 'KNOCK'OUTS'!" These indentations are difficult to discern. My tub arrived with damage but the damage was cosmetic and not structural. I am keeping it since I may not have better luck with a replacement shipment & my box also had the legs. I think that the manufacturers need to rethink their packaging since the tub is placed in a double walled box with zero padding, zero cushioning - not even a plastic bag surrounding it. The photos show the shipping box as it arrived - note all the dust and particulates resulting from its shipping trip and the damage. It is no wonder that the tubs are arriving with damage. I think I should receive a damage discount for keeping the tub & not returning it...

This is a great tub to replace the flimsy old one. There was an initial challenge to find one without holes pre-drilled. This is it. It is rugged as well as nice looking. The only drawback was that it took a third delivery to get one that was not damaged in shipping. UPS damaged the first two in spite of fairly substantial packaging. USPS delivered the third one with no damage to the tub or to the box.

We shopped the three big box stores and then found this sink. It certainly is of better quality than any of the others we found. Yes it is a little more expensive than some but worth it. It is solid, of excellent design and very functional. The drain is sloped and works perfectly. You do have to drill holes for the faucet. I recommend the American Standard 2475.540.002 Colony Soft double-handle. It is an excellent faucet. You will see some other sinks listed as having troubles with draining and legs coming loose. This sink has none of those problems and is working perfectly. I would definitely buy again.
