This motor came in the most dilapidated box I've ever seen. No paper, bubble wrap or anything on the inside and the box it's self was literally held together by the packing tape. By the time it arrived it might as well have shipped inside of a sock. But the motor made it, and it's got torque which is what I needed. Im super happy with the product. Maybe some bubble wrap would have given it 5 stars
