Ordered this to put in the game room to hold the Ping Pong paddles/balls. The item is not assembled when you get it. It was not hard to assemble however some of the holes were not quite lined up and some of the screws felt like they weren't going to stay tight. However, that said we got it put together and then placed it on the wall. It looks great really and it seems to be working so I feel like the overall rating is 4.5/5.
