I am a female, 5’5 and I have a small head and this fits me perfectly. I have only worn it with my hair pulled back, but I’ve never had to adjust it while I’m running and I can wear my ear buds as well. I can still hear clearly with it on and it doesn’t move or bother me. I have washed it, on delicate and dried it on delicate, and haven’t seen any issues with quality. It’s. Comfortable and doesn’t rub my ears or bother me while waking or running. I do live in a warmer climate, Las Vegas, so it’s not that cold here. I wouldn’t recommend this for temperatures that get extremely cold as I do not think it would provide enough warmth for extremely cold temperatures like back east or in the Midwest. It provides enough warmth for where I am, which it can get around the 30s Fahrenheit. Overall, I love it for running!

We live in a ski town and it was a perfect find for this winters adventures, fits perfect and is EXTREAMLY warm and snug fit. Highly recommended for those who do alot of winter or outdoor events.

My son likes it. It snowed recently and he wore it. Typically, he doesn't like wearing hats, but he likes this. I'm 1 happy mom!
