It’s fits fine. But the laces at the back can’t be pulled to make it tighter. I am a size 34 on the waist and it’s a little bit loose but it will do. Other then that it’s a brilliant groin guard

Runs a little bit small in my opinion. I changed the shoelaces to Cartepy elastic shoelaves and the smaller size works for me. The Bend in front allows me to bend over the waist to have more mobility. The stock laces are garbage but with that mod It's a great product.

This is a very nice groin protector. It is Made in Pakistan. Appears to be made of quality materials with good fabrication. This is definitely better for striking martial arts vs. standard cups, because the cups tend to slide out of place especially if you do any kind of grappling. This stays in position.I also have the Winning CPS-500 groin protector. The Winning protector is a bit more flexible, so I use the Winning protector for kickboxing so that I have the best leg movement. In my experience the Winning CPS-500 is the very best groin protector you can find anywhere that is suitable for any martial arts, but it is very pricey compared to this one.
