Nitroknox N2 is colorless, odorless, tasteless gas that is the most plentiful element in Earth’s atmosphere. When infused with drinks, it gives a rich, creamy head, and smooth finish. This is a direct effect of the nitrogen bubbles being smaller in size than those of carbon dioxide, resulting in a delicious beverage with a thicker mouthfeel.

I used one of these in a Whipped Cream Dispenser in order to make Nitro Cold Brew at home. Those dispensers are intended for N2O cartridges but these N2 cartridges worked like a charm for me.After measuring my coffee and pouring it into the whipped cream dispenser, I added the N2 cartridge, twisted the component on, shook the whipped cream dispensers a few times, let it sit for 1-2 minutes, and then poured the Nitro Cold Brew into my tumbler. The end result was that nice creamy and foamy texture that you would get at your coffee shop.These are also at a pretty reasonable price too. Overall, these are an easy 5/5 for me and would recommend if you are interested in making Nitro Cold Brew at home.

This product is a mini-nitrogen cylinder and isn’t compatible with the u-keg nitro cold brew system.
