We needed one that had a longer arm so our feeder wouldn't hit the grill and this one works like a charm. It's sturdy, too.

I have a Coleman Duel Fuel Lantern and this holder works on any stable vertical pole. It doesn't slip down under the weight of my lantern and it's just easy to use.

These do the job well. You can use them on small trees or poles. I used it to hold up my lantern while camping. Works well and I’ve had a lot of people ask where to buy them for themselves.

I can hang these on skinny tarp poles or my camping table. Hang lanterns or towels or anything else. Very sturdy.

Since we are no longer supposed to put nails in trees to hang things from, these are great inventions. At the same time I ordered these, I picked up a couple of similar hooks that were a lot smaller. I prefer the smaller ones just because they aren't as obtrusive as these are, but these larger hooks have some advantages. You can use these on just about any essentially straight pole/branch or similar up to about 1 1/8 inch in diameter. I'be seen photos of this type of hook on fences. Looks like it works pretty well.First, the smaller ones rely entirely on the friction from the torque created by hanging something on them. These larger hooks use that same principle, plus the have a clamping action that makes them a bit more stable. If your pole isn't pretty close to plumb, the hook is going to rotate downhill.A big minus of the smaller ones is that if you hanging something on them with a diameter of over five inches, the item will lean up agains the pole that you have the hook on. These hooks are much longer. They can handle an item with a diameter of about eight inches.Typically, I give four stars to items that meet expectations. These are pretty clever, and I'd like to add a star, but while the current list price is about the same as competitors, you don't get a whole lot for your fifteen bucks. Four stars.

I was reorganizing a room and had many items that were just a pain to store on a shelf. One of these was a long exterior extension cord. I clipped this hook to the pole of the metal storage rack, and voila!
