I've been using this for two years did alot of research before hand. The belly band brings me peace of mind and is reliable. Compared to other competing products with the sock etc it's much better.Never had any issues with connectivity, image quality is great and the travel stand works great and is convient, we bring it wherever we go even allows us to monitor him sleeping in the camper when we are out by the fire. Now that it supports Google devices it's even better. Will be buying a second one for my next child.

The Nanit Pro is an absolute game-changer for any new or seasoned parent. With its advanced features like Sleep Tracking, Cry Detection, and real-time sound and motion alerts, it provides unparalleled peace of mind for both my wife and I. The split-screen and picture-in-picture functionalities are fantastic, allowing us to monitor our baby seamlessly. The best part of the Nanit ecosystem is the ability for you to monitor from anywhere that has Internet / Wifi. The app and GUI is user-friendly and packed with insights that help us understand our baby's sleep patterns and well-being.We love the flexibility of the Nanit Ecosystem—it truly grows with our family, adapting from infancy to toddlerhood and now back to infancy with the birth of our second child. The Insights Plan has also been invaluable, offering detailed analytics and adorable milestone captures. If you're looking for a smart nursery solution, the Nanit is a must-have! Highly recommend it for any new parent!

The Nanit has been, without a doubt, the best purchase we’ve made since becoming parents. We bought it a few days after our daughter was born because I felt one night that she wasn't breathing right. That same night, I ordered this camera, and it has truly been a lifesaver.I set it up in the nursery right next to my bed (you might wonder why a camera is needed if the baby is right there, but let me explain!). Initially, I woke up every 10 minutes due to anxiety about whether my baby was breathing. I was terrified of SIDS and constantly worried. The first night with the camera, I kept checking to ensure everything was working. But on the second night, something magical happened – I slept for the first time since she was born. This camera alleviated my anxiety about my baby’s breathing, allowing me to rest peacefully. It brought my sanity back, making it worth every penny. Now, two years later, we still use it, mainly as a nanny cam when she's playing in her room since she sleeps through the night now. This monitor continues to provide peace of mind. If your baby stops breathing, an alarm sounds from the camera and on all phones with the app – it’s loud and scary but incredibly reassuring. *A tip: if you remove the chest strap, don’t place it in the crib or nearby with the patterns facing up, as it might trigger a false alarm.I love everything about this monitor – seeing her sleep patterns, tips, BPM, little videos – it's all amazing. Honestly, I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks to my recommendation, six new parents have bought this, and they all love it too.

I received enough value to justify the price, but there are obvious flaws with the product. On the plus side, the camera works well, the app is easy to use (even without the premium features), and even with average bandwidth we never have any issue with the video loading. The data on the baby sleeping in the app is fun to review, although having for most people having the data likely won't result in improved sleep. I like being able to receive noise / movement alerts, although there are a number of false positive movement alerts (receive alerts even when there is nothing in the room that could possibly activate it).On the negative, the hardware installation is poorly designed. The included plastic anchors were flimsy and broke even when using the right drill size. The sheet is also a gimmick. It is not as soft as a standard sheet and, even with the sheet, you still have to manually enter the location of the baby's joints.

for a price tag so high, the multistand is very wobbly so the camera can fall at anytime on your baby. i am checking with support for a replacement hoping that it is an isolated issue, but reading hundreds of similar feedbacks I think it is a flaw on the design of the multistand.apart from this, i am not convinced yet of the added value of this, i had a chinese cheap camera for my cats which allowed me to do more things, in particular rotate the camera in all directions.anyway hopefully i dont have to return the whole thing...

I absolutely LOVED this product. I bought it ALMOST A year ago it was working good. A minor glitch here and there. then this morning I went to open the app to check it. And it said it was “trying to reconnect to your camera”. I did everything it suggested , tried unplugging it, restarting my internet, checked to see if the plugs are even working. There is no sign that it’s even turned on because no blue light is coming on. I held it for 10 seconds. NOTHING is making it work again. This is WAY to expensive to just break like that in less then a year?????????? UghUPDATE. You get a 1 year limited warranty. Mine was thankfully still under warranty but they sent me a new replacement head. Mine was dead it just stopped working. They were very nice and helpful.

Love love love this product. It's a little expensive but worth every penny as it gives peace of mind when your little one is sleeping. I like that you can move the head and put it on the portable base if needed (great of traveling).

This monitor has been amazing! It’s pricey, but worth it with all the features. Price fluctuates a lot. I purchased it on sale for about $230.The breathing band offers peace of mind with our newborn and the travel stand makes it easy to switch between his crib and bassinet depending on bed or nap situation. The night vision is clear and easy to see baby. The built in night light and sound machine are great for at home and travel. Being able to check in on the baby from my phone and run the noise in the background is a great feature. Background noise will not work if you’re listening to music or watching videos. App must be open and running in the background to hear. I highly recommend this system. We also purchased the floor stand which makes setup even easier. Multiple reviews that breathing band was missing. It is not in the box that says breathing wear when you unbox. It is in a different box within the packaging which is confusing.

ONE YEAR UPDATE: Guys, honestly save your money. Don’t waste it on this garbage. This should cost no more than $100. It’s ridiculous. Buy a reliable camera that won’t have you wake up in the middle of the night to check on baby because the nanit app is having YET another issue!——First few weeks, we liked it. The breathing motion function brought peace of mind. But quickly enough, it started giving us fake alarms and caused so much stress!! We stopped using the breathing motion function after a couple of false alarms, so at that point having a camera that expensive wasn’t worth it at all.My LO is 8 months old, so we’ve been using that camera for about 7 months without the breathing function and it’s such a disappointment. We would have been better off with a normal monitor. The app keeps buffering, always needs to be reconnected. It’s always ALWAYS a struggle to bring it on the go and connect it somewhere outside of the house. I brought it to my mom’s house and I was unsuccessful connecting it because her wifi is not as strong as mine. I also brought it to a trip and IT NEVER WORKED at the hotel. Unable to connect it. I was unable to use it THE WHOLE TRIP. What a waste! Had I bought a regular monitor, I wouldn’t have had all these issues. Paying all that money for a monitor that can’t even be used easily outside the house is a complete waste.Another thing I don’t like with the nanit, it will give you false information. For example, sometimes in the activity board you’ll see things like : caregiver is helping “baby’s name”, but in fact NO ONE went to your baby’s room to help him or her! That’s so weird and again causes anxiety for no reasons.I don’t recommend buying this AT ALL. I regret spending all that money on that monitor.
