The case is sturdy and well put. The cushions are nice and thick. It has 2 built in lock systems with 4 points of additional traditional locks to be placed. Wheels roll smoothly. Whoever cut the top part of the cushion had misplaced the head upside down but no big deal. I just had to remove the top cushion and flip it. A bit tough to close but it just means everything is nice and snug.
