I bought three seals, one was This brand the other two were precision. At the time i bought them the Precision seals were 3.44 each as add-on and this seal was $11. All three were the exact same seal. Stamped exactly the same. The Precision brand seals were stamped National.All three made in mexico. Save yourself $7 (now $4 because the Precision's seals are not add-on at this time)
