We needed a new door for a balcony. The price for this door was several hundred dollars less than Home Depot or Lowes.When the door was delivered, it was marked as deliver and leave with no signature required. Thankfully I managed to be there when the door was delivered and heard the delivery truck so I could go out and open the garage to allow them to put it inside. The box had a large sticker that said to inspect before accepting delivery. When I asked the delivery driver to wait while I checked it, he said his instructions were to drop it and go. He waited about a minute for me to open the box and make sure the door was intact.When were ready to install, we flipped the door over and found staples all around the face of the frame. These areas will need repair. There were also scratches on the door and several areas of the wood that were poorly finished.We received what we paid for however the quality was disappointing. This door took over a month to arrive and the delivery team was long gone before I noticed these quality issues. The door has been installed and the measurements were all accurate. If ordering from this company, be aware that you may be saving a few hundred dollars over a local retail store but you may get a better quality product elsewhere. While money was saved, I still spent over $800 and would have expected more attention to the quality of the finished product.

Pretty good door. Especially for the price. But it didn’t come with any screw plugs. So it looks like there are a bunch of screws into the door...

This door arrived on time and in prisitne condition. It is well constructed and the opening in the door for hardware aligned perfectly with the door jamb. Installation was a breeze!

Delivered on expected date (3-4 weeks from purchase date). Box was intact. Door frame broken. It’s getting cold out and I need a door but can’t possibly wait another month. Disappointing.

This exterior door is 2x4, there are no measurements regarding the frame on the website. I need a exterior door that has a frame 2X6. Now I need to pay to have a frame made for me to have this door. I’ll be requesting a refund.

We purchased this door in June, had it professionally installed and unfortunately the there is a terrible leak around the glass. Very disappointed!
