Love love love it! Can't wait to wear it to a costume party! Very bright and tons of different colored feathers securely attached to a black sash/ribbon. It is a show stopper and you will get attention wearing this. The feathers are dramatic! I love the colors and it's very light to wear doesn't drag on your neck. There must be hundreds of feathers on this thing! It's amazing! Very dramatic!
