My dog has been on this food for a couple years. She loves it. The thing is, the last couple bags have been quite light in weight. I feed the same amount each meal, and lately we run out MUCH sooner than we used to. I really hope they aren't shorting us for the same cost..... Just sayin'.

My 1 year old mini doodle LOVES this kibble! It doesn’t contain any chicken, which is known to react with doodles. The kibble is small.

I started buying these kibbles because my dog was constipated from meds after a major surgery. The ingredients, particularly pumpkin and sweet potato, promote digestion and act as a laxative. It works and the dogs like the taste as well. Plus salmon is non allergenic and doesn't cause itching. This larger size bag is more economical than the 4 lb. bags which is a plus. Their poops are solid and easily passed.

My 15 year old puppy loves this food. She loves fish & sweet potatoes anyway. Even though other reviewers have said this formula has chicken it has no chicken, grains, byproducts, or fillers, just good stuff. This has made such a difference in my girl’s coat & energy level. We just love it.

Currently the only food I trust to give my dog with none of that junk like other popular brands which I have given to her and make her poop yellow and soft. This one makes hers solid and brown and she loves it! Also not as expensive as others for such a large amount with clean ingredients

My big old loveable hound dog has a quirky stomach, and a salmon based dog food is the only one he tolerates well. Not all salmon based dog food brands do the trick, so I have gone through several brands with limited or no success. Nature's Recipe Grain Free Salmon was next in line, and that is where the search stopped. He loves the food, gobbles and slobbers it down and then looks up at me with a big doggy grin on his face. His poop is more solid and there is less of it. A win-win. Maybe you won't be as successful as I was with it, but then again, maybe you will! It's worth a try.

I recently adopted an 11 month old pup, who had a bad case of the runs. It was deemed a diet issue, so I bought a couple different kinds of food to try and I made things worse. My friend mentioned pumpkin helping her dog, and that her dog didn’t do chicken so I thought I should try something totally different and I’m glad this was it. First of all, it’s not on the “bad List,” it’s affordable, and my pup loves it. Her poop is finally normal too and it only took 2 full days. Every dog is different, but I had a great experience with this food.

I found that this was a better dog food because I pay attention to how much my dog poops. 🐶 The only thing is that they changed the shape, it's smaller!
