The first bell came in 2 pieces and was broken. The company sent out replacement quickly. It arrived in 1 piece and is beautiful!!!

I bought this to be our victory bell at the cancer center I work at when patient's complete treatment. It broke so I bought another thinking someone was just banging it too hard in celebration but the second one has now broken as well in the same spot. Would not recommend.

I mounted the bell on a plaque to hang on the wall. The bell is very sturdy and solid. There were a few slight surface imperfections that did not bother me at all. The bell rings quite loudly.
