I bought this saddle pad because the wine color exactly matches a jacket I bought, but I found that not only is this saddle pad undersized for a standard Quarter horse and 16” western saddle (barely overhangs the edges of the saddle) in both width and length, but no matter how I placed it on the horse’s back, it would not lie flat, kept slipping off one side or the other or bunching up unevenly.
