Good, works as intended but the angle the metal is cut where the mount actually grips the picitiny rail is at a weird angle, but strangely still manages to hold well. I have a red dot on this as a secondary optic for my airsoft DMR

Took forever to get here so I would have rated it higher. Apparently sitting at the border. Well made and they fit perfectly. Very durable.

Installed 2 of these on an AR and then installed front and rear flip-up BUIS. Rail mounts are well made and installed easily on the AR picatinny rails. Went to the range to zero the BUIS. Mount stood up well to round during sight-in. Based on this firing session these rails appear to be very well suited for the intended purpose. I highly recommend them. I will be getting more for use on other rifles.

A fantastic product, solid, strong, decent, and well designed, especially for the price. Mine arrived on the dot on the exact day they said it would arrive, I put it on my M4, and then I put a Green Dot Laser Sight on it, works fantastic. The ability to put it on and off of the rifle without a tool is also nice, just in case there's those times you need to store your rifle, or perhaps even remove a little weight from your rifle. I was quite pleased with this product, the quality is even better than I had expected which was nice to see, especially for the price. I will definitely recommend this product to fellow gun owners, it is a well put together, and overall fantastic product.

Attached solidly to Windham carbon fiber upper, used it in front of my scope mount to place an offset reflex sight. Just ordered another of these mounts, going to ditch the reflex and place some Magpul polymer flip-up iron sights instead. Not supposed to mount a polymer front sight directly to the gas block rail (apparently polymer can warp or melt when you let off 150+ rounds per minute... who knew hehehe) but according my guesstimation, the additional distance and skeleton metal between the gas block and front sight would dissipate enough heat to prevent any damage to the sight. Guess I'll update if I'm wrong.Screwed on hand-tight, felt good enough but I used an allen wrench to tighten a bit more. Doesn't move at all, very nice mount especially considering the price. The crossbar isn't exactly centered on the rail from front to rear, so it will sit slightly ahead or behind its center depending on which side you mount it on, but only by one slot.

I used this in conjunction with a dot-sight when playing paintball this month. It works well to offset a sight, preventing the need to raise and center the barrel of the gun in front of your face. Great construction of durable aluminum parts, which I liked. The screw is able to be hand-tightened for adjustments without tools while using for short durations- also a plus. A screwdriver can be used to tighten enough to hold for longer-term use. The screw is long enough to undo and place the entire piece on a rail, without removing the side that tightens. I would have rated and liked the product better if it was mentioned how many notches on the rail to be mounted are needed to be stable. The product could also be better if two smaller rod-like extrusions on the mounting underside allowed for more than just the screw as a point of contact with the rail- I feel like it could teeter if placed about 1/2 on, 1/2 off on a rail. I would recommend to anyone who would like to offset their dot-sight, or to allow for multiple accessories to be placed on the same rail, such as a laser offset to one side, and a flashlight on the.

Item is exactly what you think it would be, and construction is top notch. All metal, very solid. Got mine from Amazon.Com as the seller in case I needed to return - however no reason to ever return, actually for eight bucks I wish I would have purchased more than one. If I had to run out to Dicks or something, a comperable model might be $30+!!!*****UPDATE*****I purchased another one in March 2014, and again the product I was sent is excellent. One of the best values you can get as far as accessories go, so many times these little things are $20-$35, this one is just as good but saves you some real $$$.I'm sure I'll buy another one in the future at some point.

The mount arrived exactly as pictured and in a timely manner given the free shipping. The actual quality of the mount is excellent given the price point, though somewhat heavier than some other models. It fits snug and mates nicely to a weaver rail.Unfortunately, the design is not well thought out. The actual offset rail sits too closely to the scope rail, meaning that to fit even a micro red-dot sight, the primary optic must be mounted on relatively high scope rings. Since I was not willing to sacrifice my rifle's fit, I will not be able to use this mount. I ordered the Daniel Defense offset rail instead. Unfortunately, in the gun world, often there is a reason things cost what they do. In this case, experience in design. All things considered, I'm going to keep the mount as I'm sure I'll find a use for it perhaps on my AR.Summary: great little piece for the money, but perhaps not ideal for mounting an RDS under a low-mounted scope.

These are actually fairly heavy duty and well finished. The bolt head can be tightened with a quarter. I used these on flat top ar with a mounted scope directly above on approximately 1/2 inch rise 1inch scope mounts. These fastened on the left side of the flat top pickatinny rail between the scope mounts. Then I fastened a set of 30mm scope mounts and a 30mm red dot optic. This setup allows the full access to the optical scope adjustments and the red dot adjustments. The red dot is set so when the rifle is tilted at 45 degrees the red dot is vertical and over the barrel axis.
