The shield pieces were an exact match to replace my existing shields. There was no hardware included and I had to use the bolts from my existing shields. Also, the protective blue film was extremely difficult to remove.

Not sure if it's worth it though. The local hardware store is selling whole patio heaters for $100 and I bought a few from Amazon for $80. $32 for just the heat reflector seems a bit pricey, but I guess it's better than throwing the whole unit away. It works and fits well, so no complaints on that front. A few of my other heaters need new reflectors too, but probably won't buy more at this price.
