Your cart is empty. Native to the rainforests of Southern Mexico and Guatemala, the Neanthe Bella Palm (Chamaedorea elegans) or Parlor Palm is known for its air purifying properties and ability to adapt to lower light conditions.
Neanthe Bella is an attractive, easy care evergreen, perennial plant and a very popular houseplant. This tabletop palm can also grow outdoors year round in USDA zones 10 through 12.
It’s commonly known in the trade as the ‘Neanthe bella palm’ and grown primarily for indoor use in 6″ – 14″ inch containers, ranging in height from 18″ inches to 3-4 feet tall.
Direct sunlight can scorch the leaves of the Neanthe Bella Palm, so place this little beauty in a spot out of direct light. While it is tolerant of lower light conditions, you may notice leggy growth as a result, so a spot where it will receive bright indirect light a few feet removed from a southern, western, or eastern facing window is ideal.
Neanthe Bella Palms prefer soil that is lightly moist, with a slight period of drought between waterings. Water when the top 1” - 2” inches of the soil are dry, likely every 7 - 10 days. Too much moisture in the soil can cause root rot, while too little can lead to brown and crispy leaves.

The plants were small (about 6 - 7 inches tall) but full and healthy. The three inch pot must have been measured diagonally, but shipping was pretty fast and plants were well rooted and wrapped wthin an inch of their lives, which is good because the post office stuffed them into a locker sideways. potted them up nto quarts rght away and theya re doing just fine so far, indoors . use a lot of neatha bellas insde because they are non toxic to cats and other critters.

Pleasantly surprised! Just arrived last night. I thought I only received one given the size of the box. But after opening it, there were three plants taped together. Green and healthy looking. Hopefully I can keep them alive!

I was a little skeptical when I read the reviews about these little palms, but when I received them, they were more than what I expected so far I’ve had them for three weeks now and they are growing very beautifully. Well worth the purchase. Can’t wait to see them grow more.

The description lead to be a larger size. Is healthy but very small, For the cost. TheCommunication with seller was awful. He kept sending the same message. Didn't resolve the issue.
