I installed this shower head in our newly renovated shower, and it worked great! Until yesterday when I switched the valve to the handheld. The threaded union snapped where you thread it onto the pipe. Only able to use the product for 1 month before failure.

I needed to replace our old shower head, but I did not want to spend a lot of money. This shower head looks good and was super easy to install. It is not anything fancy but was an upgrade because it comes with the shower head and hose which is very handy. My only complaint would be on the shower head holder it comes with. It's a peel and stick attachment and lasted maybe 2 weeks before it fell off the shower wall even though I made sure the wall was clean and dry. I used Gorilla Clear Grip Contact Adhesive to re attach the fixture. I am still really happy with my purchase, and would definitely buy again.

I was recently at a hotel that had Near Moon shower heads in the rooms. I searched online and found them on Amazon. I purchased one for my guest bathroom that we just installed a shower. Next thing you know, everyone is showering in there because our house has mediocre pressure and the main shower pressure is now inadequate. So, I just purchased this shower head and handheld sprayer. I'm not sure how Near Moon does it, but their shower heads and sprayers are phenomenal. Just installing these has improved our shower experience. My daughter used to have to take such long showers to rinse shampoo and conditioner out because of her long hair, but now she says it takes about 5-10 minutes less because as she puts it, "it's like rinsing with a fire hose." The construction of Near Moon products is great, I only wish that the handheld would drain when the shower is over; the blast of cold water from the last shower when I switch from the main head to the sprayer is a little jolting. I plan on using Near Moon products from now on and recommend everyone else does as well.

Fue facil intalar y como comente anterior todo bien la unica pieza que no me convence es donde cuelgas la manguera esta algo fragil y al momento de que quieres quitar la mamguera se safa la pieza anexo foto

I noticed something didn’t look right with the shower hose construction when it arrived and I wondered how it may effect the water pressure. Uncertain if it would be a problem, I emailed CS. Honestly, I expected a reply in 4-6 days, however within 10 hours, I was contacted by Near Moon asking for a description of my issue and to submit photos of the hose. I did that immediately and I received a response after 7 hours. The reply from Sandy was that a replacement shower hose was being shipped out the next day. I received that replacement within three days. If you have any concerns with your purchase, I’m vouching for their attention to pleasing their customers making things right.Installing was pretty easy for me as this was my first ever shower head replacement. I noticed a vast improvement in water pressure with this. I haven’t used the rain shower setting yet. I do like that I can turn the shower water off without turning the water off completely. That’s not wasting water or hiking up my bill. The massage setting is a hard, pulsating setting and it will definitely get those muscle knots to relax.Thank you to Near Moon for being customer-focused. You bet the next time I need to replace any water fixture I’m choosing this company for sure.

La parte de teléfono es de plástico, bajo cierto tipo de presión chorrea hacia diferentes lados y si tu agua tiene salitre tienes que limpiarla seguido ambas cabezales
