I really liked the looks of these dog bowls, but I have some concern that the bowls color red came off with the sticker. I ordered a 4 cup size, it's barely that big.

I purchased this for my outdoor cat....... it is presently 26 degrees with 30 mph winds......this dish is stellar!!!! Very well made......hasn't moved an inch....... and outside cat is happy.

I have only hand-washed this and used it for water and the paint chipped away in a couple months. Dont use for your pets!

Something kept taking the bowls we had before away (and we haven't found them) even though I thought they were heavy enough and large enough that they wouldn't easily disappear. This is light but the shape makes it harder to keep a grip on, so we still have it.

We needed an inexpensive non-tip dish for one of our hens. She's blind due to an injury and has to be kept in a small pen by herself. Since she's blind, a traditional chicken feeder doesn't work well - she needs a shallow, wide bowl.But due to the natural instinct to scratch, along with needing to feel for the edge of the bowl, she kept flipping/tipping the various dishes we had on hand. A lot of feed was getting wasted, and if she tipped it early in the day she sometimes was pretty hungry before we got home to refill it.This bowl is working perfectly - the design allows her to find the food by smell and feel and easily eat it. She moves it around a bit but it doesn't TIP in the process.

This is the best bowl to use for a dog who has to wear a cone or E-collar after surgery. I placed it on the floor and my dog was able to eat out of it with no problems because:1. The rubber lining around the base of the bowl keeps the bowl in place and prevents it from sliding.2. The smooth inward slope of the bowl's walls keeps it from tipping over when my dog lifts his head from the bowl. With other bowls that had an outwardly flared rim, after my dog would eat, the bottom part of his cone would catch on the flared rim of the bowl and would tip the bowl upwards, scaring my dog. With this bowl, the bottom part of my dog's cone just slides up harmlessly on the inwardly sloping walls of the bowl when he lifts his head from the bowl. No tipping of the bowl! My dog is no longer scared to approach the bowl and eat from it.When my dog first came home wearing the cone after his surgery, I had such a hard time because he couldn't eat from his usual elevated feeder because the bottom of his cone would hit the legs of the feeder. I thought about trying a wall-mounted feeder, but the top of his cone would hit the wall. A feeder on a tripod or a C-shaped arm would tip over when he lifts his head because the bottom of his cone would catch on the bowl.The solution was to use this bowl and to place it directly on the floor.I hope my review will be able to help other pet parents who are finding it challenging to help their dog eat and drink after surgery when they are wearing a cone.

I bought two because they went with my kitchen and my bigger dogs bowls. They are a decent quality, but pricey for one bowl. Hey, I guess everything now is costing more.

Easy to clean/use and nice &large for big dogs. Great for food & water. Would be 5 star all around except for the rubber ring around the bottom. Food & water can get caught in it plus it keeps coming off going to glue rubber to underside of lip on bowl to prevent the bowl from sliding around & not having to reattach it after drying. Would buy again though.
