This VND magnetic filter is awesome but because it's magnetic, it will fall off with any little bump. Would rather choose a screw on filter.

Le filtre mesure plus de 96 mm 😡 il est donc inutilisable avec leur propre mini mate box de 95mm.Comment on t’ils eu l’idée de créer un filtre de 82mm mesurant plus de 96mm??? 🤔Je veux être remboursé au plus vite. J’en ai assez des fabricants qui manquent de sérieux

I bought the filter kit while traveling and unfortunately within 24 hours the piece to control the ND was broken. Obviously this was not normal so I contacted NEEWER customer support and not only did they offer to replace the kit without returning it as I needed it to shoot, they also arranged for it to be shipped to the UK where I would be when it was available. Simply top class, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!As for the product, the build quality feels very solid, all metal and glass. The magnet is strong enough to reliably trust the lens cap, extra ND and 1/4 BD. Just understand that you can only stack one of these at a time.At this price point and with such impressive customer service you really can't go wrong with this kit.

So practical. Especially the combination ND and polarizer. So fast to use and adjust. And the rest of the magnetic system works great too. Plus I like the metal cover. Quality is great. Really well done!

I bought the 82mm filter kit to use it on my Neewer Magnetic Step-Up filter rings. Since both are magnetics it should work. Unfortunately they are not compatible.

The Neewer magnetic filters come in a zippered case with convenient compartments. Unluck many magnetic systems, there is not a separate magnetic ring. The variable ND filter is attached to the filter threads; it must go on the lens first. It is easily mounted on my Sony FE4/24-105 G lens. Unlike other variable ND filters, I did not see any vignetting. The color remains true.After the variable ND filter, it is possible to add the 1/4 diffuser OR the 5 Stop fixed ND filter but not both. It is not possible to keep stacking filters beyond one additional. My lens shade would not fit over the filters.The variable ND filter is well designed with an adjustment knob and clearly labeled marking to indicate stops. This system is perfect for dusk or dawn time exposures to dial the aperture precisely.The combo of the ND filter and 1/4 diffuser is suitable for shooting daylight portraits to keep the aperture open, creating short depth-of-field to throw the background out of focus. However, the 1/4 diffuser is very subtle; it would be nice to have a 1/2 and full diffuser to compare.The build for this system is excellent. However, the design is flawed because the magnetic system only accommodates two filters. For example, I often use a combination diffuser, ND filter, and a polarizer for the sky when shooting daytime events. The advantage of a magnetic system is that you can quickly discard a filter if the shot requires the adjustment. In the case of this Neewer filter system, I am limited to two filters unless they are screwed in conventionally.
