Pues muy contento con el producto. Lo he usado poco, pero lo que lo he usado lo he visto imprescindible. Funciona muy bien en una tablet de hace 6 años (2018) y con su app nativa. A mí me ha encantado.

We make occasional videos for our YouTube channel and bought a moderately priced teleprompter. Until we found this remote with software included, we were paying for an annual subscription for software that we only used 3-4 times a year. Furthermore, the subscription products required you to use a smart phone as a remote. Since there are no raised up/down buttons on a remote we had to look away from the camera briefly to see where we were pressing to operate the remote. This software has the same features as the subscription versions at a fraction of the price. Go for it!

This is a great little remote, much better than what I was using before. Extremely responsive with the app (would agree with other reviews that said the remote is better than the app).I had some trouble figuring out how to page up and down with the remote, which was frustrating since that was the reason I got it to begin with. Turns out you can only page up and down when the scroll is paused. Not an issue when using it, just troublesome to figure out at the start.Overall would highly recommend this product.

This remote is very handy for simple operation of the free Neewer teleprompter app which is available in the Apple store and Google Play store.Your first step should be to install the app on a tablet or phone device with a decent sized screen from which you will read the teleprompter script. Scripts can be written and edited in the app, or you can upload text files into the app via wi-fi. Make sure to have your Bluetooth on for pairing.Next, put two AAA batteries in the remote and turn it on. The remote will detect the app on your device and pairing is easy.The remote is very simple to operate. The "play" button starts the scrolling of the script and another push will pause the scrolling. The A+/- buttons will adjust the font size shown on screen. And the Up/Down arrows are for adjusting the speed of the scrolling. I expected UP to increase speed and DOWN to decrease it, but it actually is the opposite. This takes a bit of getting used to, but at least there is an indicator at the bottom of the app window that shows your current rate of speed. When speed is going up when you expected it to go down, you'll remember that this app has reversed the logic on the usually expected ergonomics. It's annoying, but you'll live.Other than that, it's a very handy teleprompter remote and app combination from Neewer that is very useful and easy to operate.

Die Fernbedienung macht was sie soll: Die Verbindung erfolgt bequem per Bluetooth mit dem Endgerät (hier: iPad Pro 11") und wird von der Neewer App direkt erkannt. Damit lässt sich nun bequem aus der Ferne die Scrollgeschwindigkeit einstellen, pausieren und bei Bedarf zurückspulen.

This is an excellent solution for turning an iOS or Android device into a teleprompter that is easy to control. The app also works OK on M-series Macs, with a few issues (e.g. if you rotate the display, I can't figure out how to get it to rotate back because the buttons disappear - closing and reopening the app fixes it, though).What you get here is incredibly simple. It's a remote control that only has a few buttons on it, and ties into an included app available on the App Store. The buttons on this are perfect for working with "hands free", with good placement. The power light on the remote is also very subtle (basically a diffused blue glow behind a screen), so you can see at a glance whether the remote is working. Power comes from two AAA batteries, so make sure you have some on hand.When you open the app, it has a number of different options that are pretty "common sense" if you've used a teleprompter before. You can basically load a text file with your script, and then when you push "Play", it scrolls at a good pace for reading what's on screen. The remote will start and pause the playback using the Play button (which is centred, so easy to find without looking). There are also directional buttons on the right for scrolling back and forth (so you can easily go back in a script, for example) and then there are buttons on the left to increase or decrease the font size. The only other button on the remote is a power button at the top left. It's very simple, but does exactly what's needed - the lack of bells and whistles is, in my opinion, a feature, since it means there are fewer things to mess you up when trying to use your teleprompter.The app this works with is basic, but extremely functional. It allows you to display your script in a variety of fonts and colours, and also allows you to easily flip or mirror the content so if you're using a teleprompter box with an iPad, it'll display correctly on the reflected screen. It does everything you'd expect of a teleprompter. Connecting the app and remote together is as simple as powering up the remote (it'll blink blue to indicate it's in pairing mode), and then selecting it when it appears in the app.This item fits nicely into NEEWER's portfolio of "prosumer" products. I have number of their products that allow you to level up your gear in very specific ways inexpensively, as compared to commercial solutions. These are niche products, so they'll never be as cheap as something super mainstream, but to give you a sense of what to compare this to, I've seen similar Bluetooth teleprompter controls for anywhere from $90 to as much as $1,600! Most are in the $100 - $200 range, so the value for money here is phenomenal. If you're a content creator who uses a tablet or phone as a teleprompter, this is well worth considering.

It can be a little finicky to get this remote connected to the app, but once it is, it works fine. It's very much like a presentation remote for PowerPoints, but it works specifically with the Neewer teleprompter app, and it allows for increasing and decreasing font size and scroll speed. My only concern is that it didn't come with batteries, but that's not a huge deal and definitely not a dealbreaker. It and the software work much better than the remote that came with the teleprompter with which I use it, and that's a huge relief.

So product is generally good. Very handy to adjust the font size and speed on the fly. Pausing is also great.App is a bit sketchy that it asks to access my contacts on my phone. Why does it need that? Alarm bells are going off in my head and I’m reconsidering not buying future Neewer as it does not seem to respect customers privacy.Does not come with batteries. Being on the pricey side I would have expected to include batteries. Value seems ok.As for the two features I wish it had, a script reset so it starts from the beginning and a reverse scroll so you can navigate back to the section you’re at to retake. Other than that generally a good product.

You'll need the Neewer Teleprompter App for this to work. It's a free download for Android or Apple. There isn't a desktop version for either, so you'll be using a phone or a tablet.The Teleprompter app works great. It's a clean and simple program (not part of this reveiw, but it is a good choice). The remote adds in some nice functionality to it.It allows you to start/stop the app, increase font size, and speedup/slow down the teleprompter.I do like the large size. It feels simlar to a remote to an Apple TV, Firestick, etc. I'ts comfortable.The Speed up/Slow down button are reversed. Up slows down, while down speeds up.The screen on it is just the bluetooth connection indicator. It doesn't do anything else, yet takes up quite a bit of realestate.It would be nice, especially at the $30 price point, if there was a microphone that would allow for realtime tracking of the Teleprompter. It would allow hands-free operation and a high-value asset.It's a fair value for the ease it produces.
